Based on a true story, Big Miracle tells about a news reporter living in a small town in Alaska. He employs his ex-girlfriend who is a Greenpeace volunteer to serve a campaign to save a family of gray whales from being trapped in ice in the Arctic Circle. They together do everything to help these huge whales and get back their own love.
